Terms/Conditions
Fox Island Seafoods offers pre-season salmon sales to assure your access to limited seasonal supply. Sales continue until available boxes (stock) is sold out. Pre-season sales occur in the months of April and May. Your salmon box/es are processed and shipped in the order they were purchased, and are delivered in the months of June, July and September. The salmon season opens in the month of June. You will receive email or text updates when your fish has been caught, custom processed and is being shipped to your door. Your box/es are shipped FedEx FROZEN and arrive frozen within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in the Domestic United States.
Unfortunately, Fox Island Seafoods DOES NOT ship internationally. Orders placed with international shipping destinations will be refunded.
Fox Island Seafoods DOES NOT offer order insurance, upon shipment our customer will receive a FedEx Tracking Number to locate their order during transit. Fox Island Seafoods is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after arriving at their final destination. Example: FedEx Tracking Number shows package was delivered and customer did not receive package due to theft from an outside or unsigned delivery address, Fox Island Seafoods is not responsible for refunding or resending product.
Returns/Refunds
While we are unable to take returns on our products back into our inventory, if you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us and we will do our very best to make it right. We value you, your health and your business. Our company strives to provide 100% satisfaction and exceptional customer service.
